PLUME PULLOVER
Test Knit Deadline: April 20, 2026 (tentative date, i may extend it)
Skill Level: Easy Intermediate. Experience knitting top down sweaters in the round with circular needles is preferred.
Yarn: Choose a worsted - bulky weight fluffy textured yarn such as mohair, mohair blend, or brushed alpaca. See Yarn amounts below.
Ideas: Wool and the Gang Take Care Mohair, HipKnitShop Fluff, Katia Ingenua, Woolfolk Tage, Garnstudio Drops Melody, Rowan Alpaca Sparkle, Sandnes Garn Ballerina Chunky Mohair
Alternatively, a worsted-aran weight yarn held together with a lace weight mohair yarn could be substituted. Please gauge swatch!

Some Notes About the Pattern and Test Knit
~ The fabric of this sweater is knit at a loose gauge, making an airy and light sweater.
~ There are two versions of this pullover, a solid colour version and a two colour version.
~ The sweater is a raglan style and worked from the top down.
~ Since 8mm / US 11 Double pointed needles may be hard to find, I recommend using magic-loop with the 80 cm /32 inch circular needle.
~ The pattern is written to have a finished body length of 30.5 cm / 12 inches, and a finished sleeve length of 43 cm / 17 inches. As usual, please acquire extra yarn if you plan to add length.

NEEDLES AND SUPPLIES
6 mm / US 10 40cm / 16 inch circular needle, AND needles suitable for working small circumferences in the round.
8 mm / US 11 60cm / 24 inch circular needle AND 80cm / 32 inch circular needle AND needles suitable for working small circumferences in the round (suggestions are DPNs or a long circular needle for magic loop)

GAUGE: 10 sts x 16 rows to 10cm / 4 inches square over stocking stitch using 8 mm needle
