Aphelion
Aphelion is a long pointed cowl worked from the top down in Fisherman’s Rib. It is first worked in the round to create a tubular shape, and then is split and worked flat to make the front and back triangular points. The back and front points are shaped the same, so the finished cowl is reversible. The yarn is held double throughout the pattern in two colors to create a marled effect. It was originally published in Cosmology Daruma 2022. Pattern is written in English and Japanese.
