Purchase this pattern as a part of Pom Pom Issue 19.
1960’s “beatnik” fashion meets the roaring 1920’s in this yoke style pullover. As seen on the cover of Pom Pom Quarterly Issue 15, a bold metallic colourwork motif adorns the neckline of this otherwise minimalist design.

NOTES
The body and sleeves are knit in the round from the bottom then joined to work the yoke in one piece. Short row shaping creates a comfortable fit across the back. The sleeves are intended to be bracelet length so they may seem to run short – if longer sleeves are desired, knit to length after sleeve shaping is completed. Stranded colourwork technique is used for the yoke motif. Read chart from right to left, bottom to top. Colourwork can be inelastic if there is not enough slack in the floats – when in doubt, work the floats looser. Catch floats with the working yarn when it extends farther than 5 stitches. Stagger these spots so that the unused colour is not trapped in the same place on consecutive rounds.
